At Organics Ocean, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all organic cotton tags and eco-friendly packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
